Time To Shine has been supporting people with a wide range of needs for over ten years, offering high quality care and assistance. We are seeking Support Workers for our brand new Respite and Short breaks service in Kettering (NN15), created in cooperation with North Northamptonshire Council.

We are searching for people with experience of assisting a wide range of requirements including Autistic People, Individuals with Learning Disabilities and Individuals with Physical Disabilities. The role will focus on assisting clients with all elements of daily living including personal care, accessing community opportunities (Eating out, swimming, cinema, bowling etc) and delivering activities whilst at the provision (Baking, sensory play, fun projects, movie evenings etc)

We are searching for people that share this passion for holistic, person-centred care. The successful candidate will also have the potential to be a key worker for named individuals ensuring that risk assessments and support plans are reflective of the individual’s requirements and wishes.
