Position Summary

Description of the Position Main Duties
A very interesting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Central Team eBusiness Services, a speciality division assisting Health Boards, Trusts and hosted organisations across Wales on national Oracle and Business Intelligence platforms.
The work is full time support of corporate business software and reporting solutions.
The position holder will work as a System Analyst and Developer and will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of applications and BI solutions.
This encompasses database architecture, ETL processes, data marts and technical documentation, making sure that all work is undertaken in line with approved standards, governance and best practice.
The role includes working closely with users, project teams and Consortium members to capture requirements, agree solutions and support delivery plans.
You will have degree level education or similar experience and a background working in an organised and disciplined department.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to provide data and information in a clear understanding manner.
