As part of a swift response, Wiltshire Support at Home provides short-term help for people who are leaving the hospital and require help at home. Their most important job is to stop, lessen, and put off the need for long-term care. The service helps people who have just been released from the hospital or are being cared for by the Rapid Response Service by giving them short- to mid-term home care support to help them become more independent.
We want people who really want to help others and can be accessible on a schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year. Show that you are kind and caring. Be a part of our aim to help individuals in the community live their best lives by working together and on your own.
For this job, you will need to travel to see customers. You must have a valid UK driving license and access to a car, unless you agree to use another form of transportation or make a reasonable change.
