Help analyse supply chain data to find areas for improvement and optimise logistics operations
Use professional phone etiquette to efficiently communicate with internal departments, vendors, and carriers.
Assist third-party logistics companies (3PL) with shipping arrangements and problem-solving
Make ensuring that all distribution activities adhere to corporate policy and safety laws.
Keep all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions’ paperwork well-organised.
🎯 Competencies
Full licence in the UK
competence with AS400, SyteLine software, and transportation management systems (TMS)
strong grasp of logistics operations, including shipping and receiving protocols, and supply chain processes
Outstanding analytical abilities for data interpretation and distribution workflow optimisation
Proficiency in written and oral communication, with a focus on appropriate phone behaviour
Precise data input abilities and meticulousness in stressful situations
knowledge of logistics industry norms and 3PL operations
Fast typing for effective documentation and record-keeping chores
