To run our Domino’s Pizza location in Bathgate, we are now seeking a seasoned, hands-on, diligent store manager.

Three years or more of managerial experience at a previous Domino’s Pizza location

Principal Duties:
Oversee daily store operations to make sure everything goes without a hitch.
Take complete command of FLM.
Lead, inspire, and educate your staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Oversee store ordering processes, inventory management, and stock control.
Make sure that all food hygiene and health standards—including HACCP regulations—are strictly followed.
Hire and train team members to create a productive and upbeat atmosphere.
Utilise consumer input to enhance store performance and customer service.
Reach goals for labour, food costs, and sales to guarantee profitability.
To increase sales, put marketing strategies into practice and encourage upselling.
Make sure everyone on the team follows Domino’s UK guidelines.
Make sure the business is always prepared for a 5-star O.E.R. inspection.
