We are looking for a full-time Domiciliary Care Assistant who is kind and hard-working to join our team.

The best applicant will follow CQC rules and give high-quality care to people in their own homes, making sure they are comfortable, dignified, and healthy. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be very important in helping people with personal care, keeping them safe, and improving their quality of life.
Main Duties
Help with personal care duties like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help people with mobility and physical activities to help them become more independent.
Watch over and help service users to make sure they are secure, comfortable, and at ease.
Talk to service consumers in a way that helps you understand what they want and need.
Keep accurate records of observation notes, care plans, and the progress of service users.
Work with healthcare providers to make sure that care is complete.
Talk to and do things with service users that help their emotional health.
Follow health and safety rules while giving care.
Help the service user with household chores when they need it.
Follow the rules for safely handling and recording medications.
Requirements for the Person
It would be helpful to have worked in a care home or as a home care worker before, but it isn’t necessary.
Good English communication abilities, both spoken and written.
Basic IT abilities for keeping digital documents and talking to people.
A real desire to serve people and a promise to give them the best care possible.
Being able to work well with others and be self-motivated.
Skills for managing time and organising things well.
Able to work on weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, as well as other times.
Ability to help people who may be difficult, stay calm and handle things well, and set clear limits when needed.
Enhanced DBS check with a good clearance (needed before the start date).
