As the firm continues to grow we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager / firm Administrator to take responsibility for the day-to-day administration and operational co-ordination of the company.

This is a varied role working with operations, administration, fleet management, health & safety, HR support, compliance, finance administration, CRM management and business systems.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, engineers, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, accountants and our external HR and Health & Safety experts.

Responsibilities include

Day to Day Operations & Administration

  • Assist with the day to day management of the firm.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and client queries
  • Handle email and client correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate engineers and sub.
  • Set up appointments and schedule site visits.
  • Track ongoing jobs and chase pending activities.
  • Ensure that engineers submit job reports, photos and other relevant documentation.
  • Keep client and site documents well-organised.
  • Make personalised electronic site folders for clients.
  • Prepare client handover/documentation bundles.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and engineers.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Managing Director;

Salary: £13.00-£25.00 per hour

We are recruiting a Construction Project Manager to manage and deliver construction projects from inception to successful completion.   • Coordinate engineering and design operations using Civil 3D or similar civil engineering software.
