Hours Contracted: 30 or 36 hours per week

In Bourne, Lincolnshire, there is a care facility with 35 beds called Digby Court. In a comfortable, homely environment, the facility provides residential and respite care.

We are seeking a care assistant that can truly make a difference in the lives of our seni0rs on a daily basis. We are searching for the ideal individuals to truly care for our residents and create a joyful, full life for them, in addition to supporting daily routines and personal care (toileting, bathing, and washing). Even though there may be difficult days, you will laugh, enjoy yourself, and create lifelong memories. You’ll join our extended family as well, adding compassion, first-rate care, and dignity to our assisted living facilities.

In order to create diverse teams that can bring a variety of life experiences to the workplace, we are seeking both seasoned carers and those who are new to providing care. For you to truly establish a career with us, we offer onboarding training, support, and possibilities for continued development.
