Handyman/woman/Maintenance – Visa sponsorship is available
As a maintenance person, your duty is to carry out such repairs, and therefore a wide range of artisanship and practical abilities will be helpful in carrying out repairs or general upkeep on structures. The labour might vary from general building upkeep to plumbing, painting and gardening.
The day to day work of a maintenance person can be very different and you may be painting a wall one day and fixing a central heating system the next day.The work also demands the maintenance person to be willing to drive to other satellite accommodation across Manchester if there is any repair to be done.
Your Normal Duties Include
Changing light bulbs and making sure that other fixtures and fittings are in excellent working order
Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes, etc.
Small plumbing & carpentry
Cleaning general areas / old service user rooms
Moving furniture or equipment
Putting together furniture or equipment
Garden/landscape install and maintenance
Footpath upkeep
Paint & Decorate
Cleaning gutters
Cleaning and Clearing Rooms
Property exterior maintenance during the seasons
Maintaining property inside over the different seasons.
Requirements
All applicants must have a valid UK driving licence for this full time role.
We will sponsor a visa for the right candidate.
