Summary

Duties
- Make a warm and professional first impression by greeting and welcoming visitors as they arrive.
- Help with seating arrangements and effectively handle reservations.
- Accurately take orders and offer suggestions for menu items, including matching foods and drinks.
- Follow food safety guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverages.
- Work together with the culinary crew to guarantee that orders are delivered on time.
- Keep the bar, waiting rooms and dining tables in the front of the house spotless and well-organised.
- Respond quickly to consumer questions and concerns to guarantee visitor pleasure.
- As needed, assist with catering events, making sure every detail is done well.
Qualifications
- While not required, prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in food preparation or bartending is beneficial.
- It is essential to have a solid awareness of food safety procedures.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a warm demeanour towards both team members and visitors.
