Sales Supervisor with COS Available
Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of our petrol station. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to managing sales and operational activities. This function includes overseeing workers, managing customer relations, maximising sales performance, and maintaining seamless station operations.
Duties
Supervise and manage the sales and customer service team to achieve performance targets.
Daily operations of the petrol station, assuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, service excellence and customer retention.
Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional manner to ensure a high level of service.
Stock level monitoring, supplier coordination and timely replenishment of gasoline and retail products
Analyse sales data and create reports to find patterns and areas for improvement.
Compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Train and coach employees to increase skills and productivity.
Work with management to improve business operations and meet sales targets.
Required Experience & Skills
Sales managerial and/or customer service experience desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and supporting personnel.
Problem solving skills and good customer service.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
Familiarity with sales performance measurements and methods to drive business growth.
Knowledge of health, safety and compliance standards in retail or gasoline industry is a bonus.
