Daily Responsibilities
What will a normal day look like for you?
Helping with personal care, like bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping people eat and drink
Making solid, trustworthy connections with residents and always being there to answer their enquiries and meet their needs
Making mealtimes pleasant while keeping an eye on changes in nutritional status
Being an advocate for residents and standing out for their rights
Helping and encouraging residents to take part in meaningful activities
Telling the Household Lead about any problems

Requirements
But the following is really important:
A kind, respectful, and caring way of doing things
At least one year of experience as a Health Care Assistant in a care facility
A thorough knowledge of what older folks require
Great communication skills, the capacity to develop professional relationships, and the ability to work well with others
Basic computer abilities and the ability to utilise a computer
Be able to handle and prioritise activities when working alone under duress
Being open to different activities and hours
A courteous, customer-focused, and professional approach.
