Teaching Assistant – UK Visa Sponsorship
Summary of Job
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with instructors in the classroom and to make the learning experience of pupils better.
This duty is to promote a pleasant and inclusive environment with children including those with special educational needs and disabilities working directly with youngsters.
The ideal candidate would possess good communication skills, patience and a genuine desire to assist youngsters attain their full potential.
This is a compensated position with the chance to acquire significant skills in education and mentoring in a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers in providing interesting courses and activities for varying learning needs.
Provide support to students with special education needs including autism or other problems.
Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentorship for children who require more assistance with their studies or behaviour development.
Encourage positive behaviour and social engagement to build a supportive environment for pupils.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, tools and creative writing exercises to promote the student’s creativity.
Monitor student achievement and offer teachers with comments on individual progress.
Supervise kids during breaks, lunch periods and extracurricular activities to ensure safety and inclusion.
Communicate effectively with kids, teachers and parents to develop a collaborative approach to education.
Work History
Experience dealing with children or in an educational setting very desirable.
Experience in working with people with impairments or special educational needs is preferred.
A preference for experience with youngsters on the autistic spectrum and special education techniques.
Proven ability to communicate simply and effectively with both children and adults.
Experience in tutoring or mentoring jobs in creative writing or tailored learning support is an advantage.
A caring approach and organisational ability to manage various obligations in a classroom setting.
