Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care – Own Vehicle for Driving Required)

Position Summary
We are now seeking Female Home Care Workers to work with clients around the Sefton region.
This is a female only role which is permitted under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1: Occupational Requirements) as the personal care tasks include intimate care.
Many of our clients request female carers to preserve their dignity, privacy and cultural preferences. Therefore, being a female is a bona fide vocational qualification for this employment.
Applicants should be resident in or able to travel reliably within the Sefton area and should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
We may be able to grant sponsorship to candidates currently in the UK on a Graduate Visa and/or Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa, subject to eligibility and Home Office regulations.

Responsibilities Key
Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Help with everyday activities (food prep, medication reminders, house cleaning)
Offer friendship and emotional support
Perform wellness checks
Adhere to business policies and care plans
Collaborate with your team
What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, dependable, and patient people
Great communication skills
Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
Previous care experience a plus but not needed
Willingness to be subject to background checks
Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (with business insurance)
Ability to travel across the Sefton area
