Are you a motivated B2B closer prepared to become the first sales employee of a cutting-edge AI startup?
We are collaborating with a stealth-mode, VC-backed AI-native legal firm that is revolutionising the provision of legal services to financial institutions and mid-market private equity funds. This business, which has received $10 million from a tier-1 US venture capital firm, has already handled over $200 million in legal work and is growing quickly with no direct rivals in the market.
To work alongside the original GTM lead, they are seeking their first Account Executive. They need someone to own transactions end-to-end and complete business because the pipeline is expanding, the leads are warm, and the outward motion has been demonstrated.
The Function
Own the whole sales cycle from qualified leads to close over the course of two to three months, selling to corporations, financial institutions, real estate companies, and investment funds.
Develop and oversee client relationships, encouraging upsells and renewals as accounts grow from £30K to several hundred thousand.
Bring legal expertise to real-world transactions; establish confidence and reduce sales cycles by having credible conversations with General Counsel, fund operations heads, and internal legal teams.
Contribute to the development of the GTM playbook, which includes pricing strategies, demo flows, objection management, and discovery frameworks.
Provide the product team and founders with market knowledge so they can test verticals, improve ICP, and determine what appeals.
What We’re Seeking
Two or more years of B2B closing experience, preferably at a startup selling to mid-market or corporate buyers.
Exposure to the legal sector, whether through sales of legal technology, sales to legal buyers, or experience as a paralegal or attorney who has transitioned into a business position.
A history of quick career advancement (e.g., SDR to AE or quick promotion to Senior AE).
At ease in an early-stage setting: creative, independent, and driven by creating something from the ground up.
Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to gain top legal and financial stakeholders’ trust fast.

OTE £120K–£150K (60/40 base/commission split, flexible for the appropriate individual; can optimise for commission, base, or equity).
