About the Role
As a nurse with TLC Care, you are in charge of making sure the physical, emotional, and social requirements of the residents of the care facility are satisfied. In addition to leading the care team, you will be needed to assess, design, and evaluate resident care that is tailored to each individual, making sure that residents, general practitioners, family members, and carers are all consulted and involved.

Proficiency, expertise, and credentials:
- NMC Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN
- Capacity to successfully delegate and inspire
- Capacity for successful communication at all levels
- Sincere desire to work with senior citizens
- First check for DBS Adult and satisfactory DBS
- Team Player: Capable of cooperating with a multidisciplinary team
