The Position
Our client is looking for a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Site Manager to play a key role in the successful implementation of their premium fit-out projects in Central London. This is more than a conventional site management position, the selected candidate will be the vital link between the company’s on site operations and the Italian speaking project management team. You will be accountable in ensuring the reputation for excellence of every project, managing everything from site logistics to client interactions with professionalism and an eye for detail.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and lead all site activities on a variety of big scale residential and hospitality interior fit-out projects.
Oversee and direct on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered in a timely manner.
Serve as the on-site point of contact, liaising directly with clients, key contractors and consultants.
Proactively address on-site difficulties to meet project milestones.
Serve as the cultural and language link, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between the UK site and the Italian project management team.
Comply with all UK health and safety laws.
Integrate site presence with office functions such as reporting and project administration.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in site management or site supervision function in construction or interiors industry.
Languages
This position requires full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Education
University degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or similar field is strongly preferred.
(Note: Outstanding individuals with significant, direct UK site experience with top-tier contractors will be evaluated regardless of specific degree).

Project Background
Proven experience on large scale residential or hotel fit-out projects is highly appreciated.
Market Knowledge
A plus is experience on UK construction projects.
