- The job’s duties and responsibilities include:
- Make sure service users’ desires and preferences improve their wellness and that they are at the centre of the care delivery process.
- Participate in the effective operation of the service
- Assist service users in keeping up their ties and interactions with the neighbourhood
- Make sure that care plans and other guidelines for helping service users are adhered to.
- Be in charge of alerting management to any modifications in service users’ needs.
- Be in charge of advancing and protecting our service users’ well-being.
Individual Obligations:
Understanding and adhering to the Fundamental Standards
Recognise the regulations governing the service, including the CQC’s role and duties. Make a commitment to obtaining the necessary credentials for the position.
Participate in mandatory training as well as any additional training that management directs.
Recognise and abide by all rules and regulations pertinent to the position. Be receptive to new experiences.
Working with Others:
Establish productive working relationships with other Genuine Carers Limited personnel.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimise chances for service users.
Maintain and grow ties with family, friends, and other significant individuals in the service user’s life, if they so want.
