1. Self-Check-in Management: Make sure visitors have an easy and seamless self-check-in experience.
Keep the digital check-in instructions up to date.
Help visitors who are having trouble checking in as soon as possible.
Check the functionality of check-in points (keypads, smart locks, etc.) on a regular basis.
2. Guest Experience & Reviews: Track and enhance online reviews and ratings from visitors on various platforms.
Keep up excellent review scores of at least eight on well-known booking websites like Expedia and Booking.com.
Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors. To increase guest satisfaction, proactively address their problems.
Urge visitors to write glowing evaluations and professionally respond to any unfavourable comments.
3. Interaction with Guests Use the Guest Messaging Platform (GMP) to interact with visitors.
Answer questions from visitors as soon as possible by phone, email, or messaging apps.
Clearly and usefully describe the property and nearby attractions.
Maintain inventory of amenities, linens, and toiletries and restock as necessary.
Respond to unique requests and, if you can, customise the visitor experience.
4. Management of Operations Oversee housekeeping and handle maintenance concerns to guarantee nearly 100% room availability every day.
Give the team and leadership ongoing housekeeping comments.
To guarantee a tidy and well-kept residence, work with the housekeeping and maintenance crews.
When necessary, manage police visits.

Experience
