Provide home care services such as medication reminders, light housekeeping, and food preparation

Ensure consistent and effective care delivery, including straightforward communication to clients, families and healthcare teams

Accurately record care actions using IT technologies and maintain client records

Follow safety guidelines for securely transporting clients to appointments or errands

Keep track of clients’ health state and report any changes or concerns immediately to supervisors or health care professionals

Health Care Assistant Jobs UK – Female Care Assistant Nursing | Sponsorship Considered

Skills:

A valid driving licence and solid driving skills to ensure the safe transportation of customers

Experience of working in a residential care setting or delivering home care.

Specialised in developing and implementing detailed care plans based on specific needs

Proficiency in English to communicate with clients and team members

Basic IT abilities for documentation and record keeping
