We are now recruiting Female Care Assistants for our Nursing and Residential Units (Night shift) to join our warm, caring and innovative Ratheane Care Home headquartered in Coleraine. This is an important position within the Home, working as part of a team to assist the nursing staff to meet the social, emotional and physical requirements of the residents, in accordance with the Patient Charter of Rights and under the Nursing Home Minimum Standards.
Helping people with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, eating and movement.
Providing outstanding quality, person-centred care to all residents.
Activities that enrich the lives of citizens.
Maintain accurate records that are confidential and in accordance with patient care.
Provide nursing team support through policies and procedures for compliance.
Fully flexible to give one to one care to residents when and if required.
Perfect candidate
Ability to give top quality resident care
Outstanding organisational skills.
Communicate and work cooperatively with other staff members.
Ability to operate under pressure and your own initiative.
High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
Be eligible to work in the U.K.
