We are seeking a Home Care Assistant with experience and empathy to become a member of our team. You will assist your clients’ everyday requirements and enhance their quality of life by giving them person-centred care in their homes.
Important Duties
-Help with personal hygiene (clothing, grooming, bathing)
-Offer emotional support and friendship
-Assist with transfers and mobility
-Give medication in accordance with treatment plans
-Minimal housekeeping
-Accompany customers to social events and appointments
-Keep track of and report any changes in your health or wellbeing.
-Keep your house secure and cosy.
-Maintain correct documentation and adhere to company and safety regulations.
-Develop a good rapport with coworkers, family, and clients.
What We’re Seeking
-A minimum of two years of experience providing domiciliary care in the UK is required.
-Proficient in both written and spoken English
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
-Patient, dependable, kind, and upbeat
-Able to work independently and with flexibility
-A complete manual driver’s licence in the UK and the ability to travel locally
-The ability to work in the United Kingdom
-Able to work weekends and evenings as needed
