As a Care Worker you will be visiting door to door giving personal care, creating relationships and making a major difference to individuals who need it and gaining excellent job satisfaction.
** Driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes is a must
Rates of Pay – Paid Per Visit
Monday to Friday – £14.39 for 1 hour visit
Weekends – £16.00 for a 1 hour visit
At Care Outlook, we provide our Care Workers with the following:
£300 Referral Bonus for Friends
Mileage allowance 40p per mile
Additional bank holiday rates of pay
company issued cell phone
Great training in Care Certificate & continuing professional development
28 days paid yearly leave (pro-rata)

As a Care Worker you will be serving the clients requirements including:
Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, clothing etc.)
Some light house upkeep work.
Observation, surveillance and recording.

Care Workers Shift Availability:
07:00am – 3:00pm
14:00 – 22:00 (closing time)
Part time and Full time are offered.
Ability to work a combination of mornings, evenings and every other Saturday and Sunday.
