🔹 Overview of the Job
We are looking for a kind and committed female Domiciliary Care Worker to help people in their own homes. Due to the specific care needs and preferences of the women we serve, this position is currently being filled in compliance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
The chosen applicant will have community-based care experience, a sincere desire to help others, and the capacity to advance wellbeing, independence, and dignity. In accordance with person-centred care plans, you will be in charge of helping with everyday life tasks, supporting medication, facilitating movement, and offering both physical and emotional care.
🔹 Important Duties
Provide personal care, such as clothing, grooming, bathing, and assistance with continence.
Help prepare meals while making sure dietary needs and preferences are satisfied.
Administer medication promptly and/or in compliance with established treatment plans.
Encourage appropriate moving and handling methods as well as safe mobility.
When necessary, respond to crises and administer basic first aid.
Keep clients’ homes hygienic, safe, and clean.
Keep thorough care notes and promptly report any changes in the health of your clients.
Establish courteous, trustworthy connections with clients and their families.
Move between client residences in a prompt, secure, and expert manner.

It is very desired to have prior experience in community care, domiciliary care, or a similar function.
