Responsibilities
Help clients with personal care duties like washing, dressing, and grooming.
Help clients move around and transfer, making sure they are always safe.
Help with household tasks like light cleaning, laundry, and cooking meals
Give medicine according to care plans and instructions
To make sure that care is tailored to each person, you need to talk to clients, families, and healthcare professionals in a clear way.
Follow care plans exactly to fulfil each person’s requirements and wants.
If possible, drive to clients’ houses in your own car.
If you have any concerns about a client’s safety or well-being, tell your supervisor right away.
Experience
Having worked in a home care or care home setting before is a plus, but not necessary; complete training will be given.
Knowing about care plans and how to use them well
Excellent English communication abilities, both spoken and written
A valid driver’s license is helpful for getting from one client’s house to another.
Being able to operate alone and with others
A caring mindset and great people skills
