About the Position
Moorlander Assistance Ltd. is looking for devoted, trustworthy, and caring Domiciliary Care Workers to join our expanding team in Somerset and North Somerset.
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will assist people keep their independence, dignity, and quality of life by giving them individualised, high-quality care in their homes. By helping people with their daily routines, personal care, and general wellbeing, this fulfilling position offers the chance to truly make a difference every day.
Since complete training and continuous support will be offered, we welcome both seasoned carers and those who are just starting out and really passionate about helping others.
In compliance with individual care and support plans, provide person-centred care.
Help clients with personal care, such as clothing, grooming, bathing, using the restroom, and maintaining their continence.
Encourage mobility and the need to move and handle objects safely and in accordance with instruction.
Administer or prompt medicine in compliance with business policies and specified guidelines.
When necessary, assist clients with eating and drinking while preparing wholesome meals.
To lessen loneliness and enhance wellness, offer company, emotional support, and meaningful social connection.
Help with cleaning, shopping, laundry, and keeping the house safe.
Transport or accompany clients to social events, community events, and appointments.
Keep an eye on any changes in behaviour, health, or well-being and notify the management team and relevant professionals.
Make sure all paperwork is completed to a high standard and keep accurate care records.
To deliver integrated care, collaborate with coworkers, families, and medical specialists.

Access to a dependable car and a valid UK driver’s license are crucial.
