Domiciliary Care Worker – Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship Available
Position description
Windrush Care is a CQC accredited domiciliary care company, offering high quality care and assistance to persons in their own homes in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds areas. We are looking to recruit a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Worker that requires sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa to join our team.
Initially successful applicants will be engaged for a 20 hour per week contract for at least 8 weeks. Subject to satisfying performance and operational criteria the role will subsequently move to a full time 37.5 hours per week contract.

Main responsibilities
Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support
Assist with medications per care plans and business policy
Assist service users with meals and activities of daily living
Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
Keep detailed records of care
Adhere to CQC requirements, protection protocols and company policies

Good English in speaking and writing
Availability: Flexible Evenings and weekends
Must be a Gloucestershire, England resident
Previous experience of domiciliary or health & social care (minimum 1 year preferred)
