Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care – UK Visa Sponsorship Available
Summary
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join us to lead our domiciliary care service. Someone who cares about the individuals we support and knows how to lead a tight, compliant, well-led business. We are 2Carers Ltd, a CQC accredited personal care service in Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton. We’re not some big nameless corporation, we’re a small group of people that believe in doing things well. The difference is that the systems are already built,
We use Birdie for care management and Atlas for recordkeeping so you don’t spend the first six months untangling chaos. From day one you can walk in and run. This is a full time permanent role, situated in Stafford, with the ability to work from home, provided the work gets done.
Duties
Provide day to day leadership to the domiciliary care service to ensure standards of care are maintained.
Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC rules and inspection ready at all times.
Manage the recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of the care staff.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with service users, their families and external agencies.
Develop, review and audit risk assessments and person centred care plans.
Manage rostering, record keeping and reporting using Birdie and Atlas. * Deal with safeguarding issues, complaints and occurrences in a professional manner and in accordance with policy.
Provide coaching, development and quality assurance to drive continual progress.
Support further development of the service.
REQUIREMENTS
CQC Registered Manager for the regulated activity of personal care.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of CQC registration and inspection.
Proven ability to lead a care team and maintain high quality standards.
Experience in working with people with learning impairments and autism (recommended but not needed).
Good working understanding of CQC rules and adult social care standards.
Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Excellent organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
Level-headed under pressure, with an eye for detail and a caring attitude.
