Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

Community Carer – Early Shift (7.00am – 2.30pm)

£26,000 (pro rata) + Mileage Paid | Fixed Hours | Local Work

A role centred on consistency and working locally

Early shifts are all about getting people safely and comfortably set up for their day.

Regular rounds and established itineraries mean you won’t be travelling over unknown places – most days you’ll be inside the same local neighbourhood.


What is different about this job

Finish at 2.30pm – leave your afternoons free

37.5 hours a week, no zero hour contracts

Local routes – little travel between visits

Regular consumers – create real, friendly ties

Structured rota – alternate weekends (1 week on, 1 week off)

Mileage paid between visits

28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)

Where you will be working

Supporting consumers inside your local community, with routes carefully planned to keep travel time low and visits near together.

We cover Mid & East Devon.

Most shifts are considered one region with help in surrounding areas as necessary.
