About us
Celtic Care Services, sometimes known as home care or social care, is a family-owned and operated domiciliary care provider that was founded in 2001. In Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, Melksham, Malmesbury, and the neighbouring towns and villages, we are the preferred supplier of domiciliary care.
Duties:
- Individuals should receive personal attention and assistance in their homes.
- Help with everyday living tasks like dressing, bathing, and using the restroom.
- Give prescriptions and help with drug administration
- Prepare meals and, if needed, help with feeding.
- Carry out simple domestic duties, such as cleaning, organising, and laundry.
- Accompany customers to events and appointments
- Offer clients emotional support and companionship.
- Record client progress and notify the supervisor of any modifications or issues.
Requirements:
- While not necessary, prior experience providing care is preferred.
- A patient and caring attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to work independently and adhere to directions
- Having a current driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Capacity to clear a background investigation
