Exciting Chance
We are looking for committed Personal Home Care Assistants to join our team with guaranteed 20 hours a week. As a Support Worker you will be providing practical and personal care to our senior clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with shopping, appointments and errands, along with household chores and cleaning. You will help clients to follow their own interests and continue their usual activities improving their quality of life and encouraging independence.
Key Responsibilities
Help clients with everyday life activities, including home tasks such as cleaning.
Support clients to take part in their interests and activities including: shopping and attending social activities
Reaching out to relatives and friends
Requirements:
Experienced driver with reliable car and carer’s insurance
Compassionate and loving approach towards the old age.
Experience in home care and personal care or comparable function is required.
Experience with household cleaning jobs.
Appropriate care certificates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both individually and as a team player.
A commitment to provide high quality person orientated care.
