Shift Patterns:
Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rates domiciliary care;
Before probation: £13.00/hr (weekdays) | £14.00/hr (weekends)
After probation: £14.00 per hour (weekdays) | £14.50 per hour (weekends)
As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker you will assist people to live independently and improve their quality of life in their own homes and the community.
Home Care Duties:
Helping people with personal care, meal preparation and medicine
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting customers to maintain a clean and safe home environment
Assisting clients with activities of daily living
Community Access Care Responsibilities:
Assisting people to attend medical appointments, social engagements or leisure activities
Assistance with shopping, errands or hobbies
Offering chances for education, employment or volunteering
Motivating exercise and involvement in community programs
