A post as a bar manager is open at a Carmarthenshire vacation resort.
To lead our client’s committed crew and provide outstanding service to their esteemed clientele, we are presently looking for a dynamic and experienced bar manager.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the bar’s daily operations, such as staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Educating, managing, and inspiring bartenders to provide excellent service.
- Creating and putting into practice plans to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring constant adherence to safety and health regulations.
Uphold a high standard of hygiene. - Needed to help with restaurant service at peak hours.
