Title of Position: Bookkeeper/Accountant
Location: office-based in Wimbledon, South West London
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week
Pay range: £25,500 to £30,000 annually
Sponsored visas are available to eligible applicants who successfully complete the probationary period.
Description of the Job
In South West London, we are seeking a bookkeeper or accountant to join our expanding team.
This position is office-based in our Wimbledon headquarters.
Among your duties will be, but are not restricted to:
- Inputting purchase and sales invoices into Sage Cloud
- completing and confirming all purchase and sales invoices
- Regularly reconciling credit card and bank accounts
- Organising payments and making sure vendors are paid on time
- Making and sending sales invoices, collecting money from clients, and monitoring unpaid amounts
- establishing new personnel files and handling weekly or monthly payment processing
- Getting VAT returns ready
- Reporting and asking questions of directors and other employees
Conditions:
On time, meticulous, and focused
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is necessary.
Preferably, relevant work experience
Knowledge of Dext, Sage, and QuickBooks is beneficial.
