This role may be eligible for visa sponsorship for Skilled Workers subject to eligibility and the UK Immigration Rules in place at the time of application.

Eligibility Criteria

To be a jail officer you will need to:

be 18 years old before you begin work

meet the nationality requirements for the Civil Service (see the section on nationality below)

because it’s a physically active work you will be need to pass a medical and fitness assessment as part of the application process

meet the required vision standard for both eyes (with or without corrective lenses)

All those training as a jail officer must have hearing to an acceptable standard (without the use of hearing aids) for safety reasons.

Tattoos are allowed, even visible tattoos, as long as they are not perceived as disrespectful, discriminatory, aggressive or menacing in any way. Facial tattoos are normally prohibited, unless they are for cultural, religious or medical reasons.

As this is a prison with a security status, you will need to get a Counter-Terrorism Check (CTC vetting). To complete the CTC vetting procedure you will need to prove that you have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years. Commute to Work

Some jail settings are in rural areas with poor public transport links, so a driving licence and own transport is an advantage but not a required prerequisite for the work (unless stated). Please note that shift start and finish times are defined and it is your obligation to arrive at and leave from your place of work for the start of your shift in a timely manner. Weekly training is 37 hours/week. After the training you can opt to work 37, 39 or 41 hours a week. Your income for each year depends on the number of hours you work every week.

37 hours a week = £37,246 per year

39 hours a week = £97,375 per year

41 hours a week = £41,503 a year

All compensation statistics listed include any additional allowances relevant for the role/location.

Prisons are open all the time. This means you’ll need to work a variety of shift patterns including evenings, some nights, weekends and public holidays (these days are added to your holiday allowance). Most jails work on a shifting shift plan, 39 hours a week.

You may also have the chance to work extra paid hours.

If you are successful you will be invited to attend the stage 2 online test (task based assessment) to check if you have the natural habits and attributes to become an effective prison officer.

If you pass the online tests, we will invite you to an online assessment centre where we will examine if you have the talents, behaviours and strengths to become a jail officer.

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced, hard working, fully hands on Store Manager for our Domino’s Pizza Store in Bathgate.

This is a senior management role and we are only looking to appoint someone with a proven track record of at least 5 years management experience at a previous Dominos location in the UK.

If you are already on a skilled worker visa and having trouble renewing, we might be able to help you since we have a CoS available to assign, if you have the necessary expertise.

Needed Attributes:

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and build a team.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage various tasks in a fast paced setting.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure its seamless functioning.
• Take over FLM completely.
• Train, encourage and coach your team to deliver great customer service.
• Handle stock control, inventory and store ordering systems.
• Strict adherence to food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP rules.
• Hire and coach team members to build a good, high-performance culture.
• Respond, enhance service and store performance with customer input.
• To ensure profitability meet sales, labour and food cost targets.
• Implement marketing techniques and encourage upselling to maximise sales.
• All team members must be compliant with Domino’s UK standards and rules.
• Always keep store ready for a 5 star OSA inspection.

About the Role

As our Customer Support Lead you will design, manage and scale a high performing customer support operation at the heart of nsave’s purpose. This is a business-critical function that requires you to make sure our clients get fast, high quality service and to continually improve systems, feedback loops and operational excellence.

You will lead a team of 10 Customer Support agents and be a key player in what we do to create a world class support experience as we scale.

I shall be:

• Manage the performance, quality and responsibility of a team of 10 Customer Support agents Lead
• Design and supervise CS planning, coordination and scheduling to maintain constant coverage and service levels
• Audit performance and quality, set up structured feedback and continuous improvement procedures
• Build strong feedback loops between Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Operations to discover customer pain areas and drive changes
• Build scalable systems and automations that improve repetitive procedures and reduce manual labour
• Analyse support data to find trends, root causes and biggest chances for improvement
• Maintain and improve knowledge bases, documentation and internal frameworks
• Rapid and proactive replies to customer complaints, faults and operational queries

Who you are

• Proven experience directing customer service teams in a high-growth startup or fintech context
• Experience in developing scalable support processes and operational frameworks
• Data driven, tech knowledgeable and able to apply insights to generate substantial improvements
• Automation and workflow optimisation expert, eliminating manual friction with smart systems
• Confident at assessing performance metrics and transferring these into action
• Proactive, decisive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
• Excellent communicator and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Methodical and structured with defined processes and strong feedback loops
• Coding knowledge or technical literacy is a plus

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and experienced Wholesale Manager to manage and grow our wholesale business. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing category portfolios and simplifying processes for efficient logistics and supply chain management. Responsibilities

Create and implement category management strategies to maximise sales and profitability across wholesale channels.

Manage shipping and receiving to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Wholesale operations and supplier connections Inventory management and distribution methods.

Work with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to enable smooth supply chain operations.

Lead process improvement projects to drive efficiency in materials handling, picking & packaging and overall warehouse operations.

Use data analytic abilities to monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and implement remedial actions.

Oversee warehouse operations, including the usage of forklifts, handling of materials, and rotating stock.

Ensure health & safety requirements are followed in all warehouse activities.

Work with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics processes and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience

Proven expertise in logistics or warehouse management in a wholesale context.

Strong grasp of category management principles and supply chain operations.

Demonstrated success in process improvement projects within warehousing or logistics sectors.

Strong data analytic skills, with ability to analyse operational data for decision making.
