We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that has a lot of expertise and is very organised to manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The best candidate will be able to lead well, manage their time well, and have a good understanding of how construction works. This job lets you lead a variety of projects and make sure they are finished on schedule, within budget, and to the greatest levels of quality and safety. We would like have candidates who are good at Primavera P6 and Civil 3D.
🎯 What you have to do
Oversee all parts of construction projects, from planning to execution to monitoring to closing.
Using Primavera P6, make accurate project schedules that include realistic dates and resource allocations.
Work with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to make sure the project goes smoothly.
Check the project’s progress against its goals and budgets, and take remedial action when needed.
Make sure that all parts of the construction process follow health and safety rules.
Use Civil 3D for planning sites and reviewing designs.
Oversee project paperwork, such as contracts, change orders, and reports on progress.
Make sure that goods and equipment are delivered on schedule and oversee the purchase process.
Lead project meetings, talk to all stakeholders clearly, and fix problems quickly.
To meet deadlines, you need to be able to effectively prioritise tasks by managing your time well.
The main job of this role is to work with the Project Manager and the rest of the project team to create, manage, and keep up with project programs that follow the rules of the contract using Oracle Primavera P6. The job makes ensuring that the NEC4 program standards are met and helps with the creation and upkeep of the Accepted Program.
SALARY: £37,000–£38,000 a year plus great benefits (see below)

Projects all throughout the UK that need overnight stays (usually up to four nights at a time)
