We’re searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in the Feltham area. The right person for the job will be eager, reliable, timely and hard working.
Duties and Responsibilities included:
Recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
Agreeing budgets and controlling them.
Creating employee schedules.
Meal planning.
Comply with licensing, cleanliness and health and safety requirements.
Business development and marketing.
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Dealing with client queries and concerns.
Now accepting reservations.
Meeting and guiding customers.
Problem solving.
Preparation and presentation of staffing/sales reports.
Statistical and financial record-keeping.
Profitability analysis and improvement.
Dealing with consumers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales reps.
Growing the restaurant and improving the operations of the firm.
Assisting customers (including supplying food and drink) and ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained Opening and shutting the restaurant
Regular maintenance of the premises (including cleaning and repairs).
Any other reasonable orders given by General Manager

Engage with guests to take orders, offer advice, and promote menu items as necessary.
Work with other team members to ensure service is efficient during peak hours, using time management principles.
Use basic arithmetic abilities to precisely measure ingredients and to control portion proportions.
