We are hiring for 10 x Front of House Team Members to join our expanding Gourmet Sushi team at our various London locations.
We are a busy sushi restaurant & takeaway business offering fresh high quality food through dine in, takeaway, collection and delivery platforms.
If you are an experienced hospitality professional or are looking to kick start your career in the sector we want to hear from you. Full training will be given.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
taking orders over the counter and over the phone
Handling cash and credit payments
Operation of the Till/EPOS system
Assisting consumers with menu enquiries and suggesting menu items
Preparation & packing of takeout & collection orders
Dealing with internet delivery orders from sites like Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat
Check orders for completeness and accuracy before collection or shipping
Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the front of house and customer spaces to be clean and friendly.
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team during hectic service times
To provide the best possible customer service at all times
