Important Duties
You will be in charge of continuously evaluating assigned situations to account for unique conditions, including risk assessment, enabling independence, and guaranteeing that service users are shielded from serious damage.
You will oversee a caseload that varies in complexity, taking in and handling referrals from a variety of sources, evaluating the needs of clients while consulting with them and other experts, and deciding on the right amount of assistance.
Statutory reviews and adherence to relevant laws, rules, and procedures will be part of the job. In order to assist other professionals, managers, and agencies in making decisions pertaining to care, you will develop and deliver reports as needed, keep client records to a high quality, and offer written assessments, reports, and statements.
Using pertinent laws and resources, you will assist those in crisis who could require a prompt resolution. You will also interact tactfully with those who might be declining a service yet pose a risk to themselves or others.

Note: For appropriately qualified foreign social workers who currently reside in the UK, we may be able to sponsor a skilled worker visa.
