Essential Criteria
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to your own car for work

We would love you to join our rural care team as a committed Care Assistant covering Killearn, Balfron, Drymen and nearby areas.
It is a satisfying and important position, helping people to continue to live safely and joyfully in their own homes. You’ll assist clients with their daily duties, offer companionship and support their welfare – all while creating significant connections in your local community.
We are happy to offer
Great hourly rate £17.20-£18.000/hour
2 weeks leave a month
Paid per full run time
Travel paid at 45p per mile
Travel time included in your rota – so you may realistically travel between visits
Longer visits (personal care visits lasting at least 45 minutes)
continued assistance and training from our extended Hamill Homecare network
Key Skills & Characteristics:
Experienced in giving professional care and support
Reliable, trustworthy and confidential
Adaptable to changing client needs
Understanding of the National Care Standards
Good communicator who appreciates working as part of a team
Details:
Permanent contract (average 35 hours/week) with possibility of extra hours
Shifts include AM, PM, overnights, and a minimum of one split shift every week.
Need own vehicle driver
