Support and guide managers with the development of business cases for revenue developments.

Manage the systems of control over allocation of finances and staffing establishments within areas of responsibility.

o Budget holders of service levels

Prepare or review projected budget calculations in complex and/or high value and high risk areas of expenditure e.g. pharmaceutical, SLAs.
