Team Member – UK Visa Sponsorship
Summary of the Job

As a Team Member you’ll be a critical part of creating a pleasant experience for our clients by offering polite and efficient service. Your duties will consist of:
Customer Service
Smile and greet customers, collect accurate orders and provide customer service by responding to customer issues in a fast and professional manner.
Food Preparation
Prepare great pizzas, sides and all menu items per Papa John’s standards and recipes. It involves stretching dough, adding toppings, baking and packing.
Food Safety and Cleanliness
Adhere to all food safety procedures to assure the safety and quality of our products. Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and sanitation rules.
Teamwork
Collaborate with other team members to guarantee seamless operations during busy times. Be a supportive teammate by helping out when you can and communicating well.
Efficiency
Capable of handling various operations such as order taking, food preparation, and payment processing efficiently while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Product Knowledge
Keep up with Papa John’s menu items, promotions and specials to give consumers accurate information and recommendations.
Flexibility
Be available to work different positions in the restaurant, including cashier, pizza maker, and delivery driver (if applicable), as needed by the restaurant and your skills.
The requirements for this project are:
Friendly and optimistic attitude, great customer service abilities. Can work in a fast paced atmosphere and cope with pressure at busy times.
Basic math abilities to handle currency transactions and make correct change.
“Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Availability to work Evenings, Weekends and Bank holidays as required.
Experience in the food service business is preferred, but not essential.
