Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Supervisor / Trainee to join our vibrant team. This role is a great opportunity to learn management skills, gain experience in supervision, and learn how to run the daily operations of a busy coffee shop. The right person will want to grow professionally while helping the team create outstanding customer experiences.
Duties
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store so that service is running smoothly and company standards are being met
Assist the management team in training new staff and coaching team members to improve their performance
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service to solve client problems
Help maintain stock levels, inventory control and cleanliness standards throughout the store
Attend team meetings and provide feedback and ideas for ongoing development
Support safety procedures and compliance with health and safety requirements
Experience:
Good awareness of management ideas and leadership skills
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferable but not required; must have the desire to learn
Good communication skills with capacity to motivate and lead others.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced setting

The successful candidate may be eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa, subject to the candidate satisfying all applicable UK immigration conditions and the post continuing to be eligible for sponsorship.
