Please be aware that if you would want to be considered for sponsorship you must already be sponsored in a Senior Care Assistant post and have a minimum of three months remaining on your current sponsorship at the time when a new Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) would be given. Sponsorship is not guarantyd and is subject to the needs of the organization, applicable circumstances and individual eligibility.
You’ll be providing person-centred care to our clients, helping them to maintain their dignity and individuality. You will also lead and motivate the team of compassionate Care Assistants working with the Nurse on duty.
Your Role Will Include:
Assist clinical team with: medicine administration, assessments, care plans and care reviews.
Mentoring and supervising other Carers.
Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, personal hygiene, clothing and helping with meals.
Who You Are:
You will be naturally cheerful, loving and compassionate with good reading, writing and communication abilities and flexible enough to work shifts. You are passionate about care and making a difference in people’s lives.
You will need SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health Social Care. Experience in person centric care planning and experience of caring for people with dementia desirable. Previous experience working in a Care Home setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
Successful candidates will be subject to sufficient references, a PVG check and will need to be authorised to work in the UK. We are not sponsoring any more.

Wheatlands Residential Care Home
Balhousie Wheatlands, Bonnybridge is a lovely sandstone building with two purpose-built expansions and resident gardens.
We are a dedicated and well qualified team who run a large house providing respite and palliative care. We are wheelchair and pet friendly with rooms mainly on the ground floor. There is a cafe on site and a lounge which is used as a little theatre showing films for residents.
Our experienced team are fully trained to provide customised care for each resident, with specific attention to dementia care.
