We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our services across Somerset and Devon. If you are a person who really wants to make a difference and are searching for a meaningful position where no two days are ever the same we would love to hear from you! We are searching for persons who will support the people we support with a range of activities and enjoy keeping busy.
Support Worker Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (stick shift vehicles)
Passion, commitment and a positive approach
Experience in care sector sufficient
Basic computer skills
Flexible working to match service needs (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Support Worker Responsibilities
To deliver care according to the unique requirements of the persons we help
To participate in activities of their choosing
To assist the person with all elements of daily existence
Where necessary, to provide personal care/medication
To complete all necessary training
