Job Summary
We are now giving Sponsorship for experienced Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS or Home Carer with 2 years’ experience. You will be helping seniors with their daily activities, offering them comfort and making sure they feel secure in their homes.
Main responsibilities
Personal care (e.g. washing, toileting, clothing)
Providing pharmaceutical support and assistance with mobility
Preparation of drinks, snacks and light meals
Companionship and discussion at the end of the day
Document short care notes after each visit
Taking clients out into the community to socialise or for appointments
Ideal Candidate
Required:
A valid Category B driving licence is a true occupational need for the post due to the need to travel between remote areas where public transport is not accessible.
Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
English and IT literate Level 4
Nice to have:
A wish to really help other people and make a difference
Reliable, resilient, proactive, can do attitude
