The Position: What You’ll Do
As a carer or support worker, you will:
Offer individualised assistance with daily living (dressing, eating, washing, and moving around).
Provide trauma-informed care by identifying triggers and assisting with emotional control.
Assist people with complicated emotional and behavioural demands
Encourage self-reliance, autonomy, and dignity at all times
Administer medication in accordance with training and care plans.
Promote community access and participation in worthwhile activities
Contribute to care reviews and keep correct records.
Collaborate with families and professionals
Establish a peaceful, orderly, and safe atmosphere

Who We’re Seeking

✏ Caring and emotionally astute

✏ Complete UK driver’s license

Understanding of PBS (positive behaviour support)
Training in medication
Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or desire to work toward)
