The Function
You will give clients person-centred care and support in their homes as a Domiciliary Care Worker. Since each client is unique, you will be crucial in assisting them in leading secure, self-sufficient, and dignified lives.
Among your duties could be:
provide personal care and help with activities of daily life, such as dressing, bathing, and moving around.
providing pharmaceutical support to clients in accordance with their training and care plans.
making wholesome meals in accordance with each person’s nutritional needs.
supplying minimal home assistance to keep the space secure and cosy.
providing emotional support and company to enhance the welfare of clients.
assisting clients with appointments, shopping, social events, and errands when necessary, as well as driving securely between clients.
helping clients with a variety of requirements, such as end-of-life care, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
adhering to all safety, security, and infection control protocols.
accurately documenting the care given and successfully interacting with patients and medical staff.
taking part in continuing education and training to improve your caregiving abilities.

a female driver who has access to a suitable car and a current UK driver’s license.

knowledgeable about end-of-life care, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and senior care.
able to support clients with medication and adhere to care plans when authorised and educated.
dependable, adaptable, and ready to change with the needs of the client.
