Description of the Position
You will assist senior citizens in maintaining their independence and comfort in their own homes as a Home Instead Care Professional.
Among your duties could be:
Offering companionship and deep communication
Providing assistance with personal care
Prompting and supporting medication
Preparing meals
Assisting customers with everyday tasks
Minimal housekeeping
Helping clients go to social events and appointments
Assisting customers in preserving their autonomy and standard of living
What We’re Seeking
We are seeking individuals who are:
Kind, sympathetic, and trustworthy
knowledgeable about the care industry
Dedicated to providing excellent, person-centred care
Capable of working on the weekends, in the nights, and in the mornings
Capable of working lawfully in the UK
Currently residing in Loughborough, Leicester, or Leicestershire
A driver who has access to a dependable car because the job is community-based
