Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST2)

Used Car Dealership, Independently Owned (Confidential)

Full Time Employment

Salary: Basic from £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+ realistic, £60,000+ possible)

A well established, fast growing independent used car dealership in Stoke on Trent is looking for a Driven, target orientated Used Car Sales Executive to join our high performing team.

This is an exclusive opportunity for experienced automotive experts who have a proven track record of getting outcomes and are driven by unlimited earning potential.

IMPORTANT

Must have at least 2 years recent UK used car sales or comparable experience. Applications without this will not be considered for admission.

Minimum Requirements (Must Haves)

• Minimum 2 years recent used car sales experience inside the UK (major dealer or independent)
• History of meeting/exceeding monthly targets
• Strong finance penetration performance
• Knowledge of HP, PCP and sub-prime finance lenders
• Experience of part exchange appraisals & negotiations
• Add on goods (warranty, GAP, paint protection, service plans, tyre/wheel protection)
• Full UK driving licence by hand controls
• Willing to work a rota on weekends
• Highly target driven and self-motivated mindset

Main Responsibilities

• Maximise finance and add-ons by converting qualified leads to sales
• Achieve and exceed unit and revenue goals
• Value part-exchange vehicles correctly
• Keep sales practices FCA compliant
• Provide first class customer service from enquiry stage to aftersales
• Manage your own pipeline, follow up all leads
• Upsell loans and add-on items
